L and LE models are standard front-drive with AWD available, while XLE models are exclusively AWD. Front-drive models return 31 mpg in the city, 33 mpg on the highway, and 32 mpg combined, while AWD models are rated at 29/32/30 mpg, respectively.
The 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrids are standard all-wheel drive, and the new Fifth Generation Toyota Hybrid System (THS) under the hood produces a combined 194 horsepower. That means a 0 to 60 mph time of 8.0 seconds and an estimated combined fuel economy rating of 37 mpg.
